Child Visa Options
- Child (Permanent) visas – Subclass 101 (offshore) and 802 (onshore)

Child (Permanent) Visa – Subclass 101 (Offshore)
Allows an eligible child outside Australia to migrate permanently to Australia.
Child (Permanent) Visa – Subclass 802 (Onshore)
Allows an eligible child in Australia to remain permanently with their parent.
Dependent Child (Temporary) Visa – Subclass 445
Allows a dependent child to join a parent holding a temporary Partner visa and be added to the permanent stage later.
Adoption Visa (Permanent) – Subclass 102
For children adopted (or to be adopted) overseas by Australian parents, including intercountry and expatriate adoptions.
Orphan Relative Visa – Subclass 117 / 837
For children under 18 whose parents are deceased, incapacitated, or missing, and who have no one else able to care for them.
